BM Store Live

• We deliver anywhere in Papua New Guinea. The delivery charge and estimated time are shown at checkout, or we confirm them with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch.
• Give an address and phone number where someone can receive the parcel: the section, lot or allotment number, the street or village, and a landmark, with a PNG mobile that is switched on so the driver can call ahead. If a delivery fails because no one was there, we will arrange a second attempt; further attempts may cost extra.
• Check your parcel when it arrives. Report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery (see Refunds).
• If your order has not arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, you can cancel it for a full refund including the delivery charge.
• The goods become yours, and your responsibility, once they are delivered.
• Family overseas can pay by card and choose delivery to a province in PNG; we keep both sides updated on WhatsApp.

Kiosk purchase & hire Live

• We deliver, install and set up the kiosk at your site, and train your Konekt agent. We agree the installation date with you once your payment or deposit is received and the site is ready.
• The site must have a safe, shaded spot for the equipment with a clear view of the sky, and someone to meet the installers.
• We test every kiosk before it ships, and switch it on once it is installed.
