A kina stablecoin for rural commerce — built in the open, one milestone at a time.
Today: PNGx and Invest Antap give each BM ID a non-custodial Solana wallet (keys split, BM cannot spend). Next: a proof-of-concept kina-backed stablecoin developed with the Bank of PNG, then on-chain settlement for the BM wallet and the kiosk network. Every stage ships as open source with public metrics.
A K2 Wi-Fi voucher cannot carry a K0.25 bank fee. Sub-cent settlement is the whole model.

What is on-chain today, honestly
Not yet in public use. PNGx is in build and Invest Antap is in design. No customer funds are on-chain and no stablecoin has been issued.
The wallet model is settled. Each BM ID gets a non-custodial Solana wallet with split keys: the user's phone login releases one share, BM's service holds another, and neither side can spend alone. There is no seed phrase to lose.
The kina wallet stays licensed e-money. The Bank of PNG licence covers the BM wallet today. The stablecoin proof-of-concept is developed with the Bank, not around it.
