The problem
A community where nobody can get online, or where the only option is a long trip to town. There is no grid power, and no one to run a network — but there are people who would pay a few kina for a day of internet.
How we solve it
The Village Fast Internet Kiosk: solar, a Starlink dish and managed community Wi-Fi in one commissioned unit, run through the Konekt app by a local agent who sells Wi-Fi vouchers for cash or through BSP Pay. The community pays in kina, and the revenue is recorded and shared with the agent.

Common questions
Who owns the kiosk?
Whoever buys it — a community, a church, a landowner company or a business. Ask us about operator terms if you would rather BM run it.
How do people pay?
A day pass, a week or 28 days, bought in the Konekt app with a BM wallet or BSP Pay, or in cash from the local agent.
What does the agent earn?
A share of every voucher sold at the site, recorded in the Konekt app so both sides can see it.
Tabubil Hospital and Kennedy
Our first two community hotspots went live in September 2026 — Tabubil Hospital in Western Province and Kennedy in the National Capital District — both running this kit. Each was fully tested before shipping, so the work on site was installation, not troubleshooting.
